Leonardo Carvalho is an electrical technician who graduated from CEFET-RJ and is currently pursuing a degree in electrical engineering, with more than 16 years of experience in the energy sector. A specialist in commissioning, inspection, diagnostics, and performance analysis of low- and medium-voltage electrical installations, photovoltaic systems, and lightning protection systems (SPDA), he leads projects focused on reliability, operational safety, and asset optimization. As CEO of LETECH Energia, he has participated in the commissioning and technical evaluation of hundreds of megawatts of photovoltaic power plants in Brazil. He is an instructor at the Fluke Academy and a Fluke Brazil Ambassador, actively contributing to the training of professionals and the development of best engineering practices applied to the electrical sector.

Rui Esteves is an electrical engineer who graduated from the University of Porto (Portugal). He holds postgraduate degrees in Industrial Management and Complexity Sciences, as well as a master's degree in Information Systems Management. With 10 years of experience in the field of photovoltaic energy, he is the Director of Quality and Innovation at TTS Energia. He is a scholar and enthusiast dedicated to excellence in electrical and photovoltaic projects. He teaches courses on Zero-Grid and other topics in the field of electrical energy.

Gustavo Silva is an electrical engineer who graduated from the Centro Universitário de Jaguariúna (UniFAJ) and holds a technical degree in electronics from ETEC João Baptista de Lima Figueiredo (Centro Paula Souza) in Mococa. He worked for four years in process engineering and has been working in the photovoltaic energy sector for the past four years, where he served as a Designer and currently works as a Technical Quality Analyst at TTS Energia. He specializes in modeling using PVsyst software and the commissioning of photovoltaic power plants, ensuring project compliance and performance.
