Moacir Lacerda - Bachelor's degree in Physics from UFPE - Master's degree in Physicsfrom the Institute of Physics at USP - Ph.D. from INPE - Postdoctoral fellowship at IAG-USP - Internship at the University of Florida, Gainesville campus. He worked at engineering firms as a project coordinator and consultant in the field of lightning protection. He was part of the team that drafted the first version of NBR 5419. He was a professor at the Institute of Physics at UFMS. He is currently the CEO of EPL Empresa Produtora de Inovações Tecnológicas and YANSA SCIENCE Research and Development. He works with Fieldmill networks to issue falling object alerts in open areas (NBR 16785/2019).
