Topics include hybrid renewable plants, electrolyzer integration, grid balancing, hydrogen as long-duration storage and international case studies showcasing practical approaches to renewable system integration.

Mechanical Engineer, with a specialization in Project Management from FGV, working in the electric power sector since 2020 and on low-carbon hydrogen projects and their derivatives since 2021. He is currently a member of the Superintendence of Economic and Energy Studies at the Energy Research Company (EPE), where he conducts studies on energy rates, demand response, distributed energy resources (DERs), energy transition, and innovation. He has experience in business development and the technical and economic evaluation of projects involving renewable hydrogen, e-fuels, and battery energy storage systems (BESS), contributing to studies focused on technology integration and the expansion of the Brazilian electricity sector.

A Senior Consultant for Strategy and New Markets at CELA, she has 10 years of experience in renewable energy, having worked in business development in the electricity sector, financial modeling for power plants, and the development of innovation and energy efficiency projects. She is the deputy coordinator of ABSOLAR's Storage Working Group. At Atiaia Renováveis, he was responsible for financial modeling for participation in regulated auctions for hydroelectric and photovoltaic projects, as well as for developing business models for self-generated energy under lease and PIE (Equivalence) arrangements. At Energisa, he worked at (Re)Energisa on O&M for photovoltaic plants and energy efficiency projects, and at Energisa S.A. on innovation projects for the energy sector. He also has experience in analyzing anemometric data and resolving outstanding issues with EPE, experience he gained at Messtechnik. He holds a bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from the Federal University of Pampa (Unipampa), with a study abroad semester at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, UK, and an MBA in Energy Project Management from SENAI.
