Paulo Antonio Skaf Filho is the Founder and CEO of ComBio Energia S.A., a Brazilian company recognized for delivering renewable thermal energy solutions that support the decarbonization of industrial processes. Patricia Naccache is the National Hydrogen Officer at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), where she leads the hydrogen agenda in Brazil. Previously, she served as Deputy Director for Energy Transition at Brazil's Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME), coordinating policies on hydrogen, offshore wind, and energy transition. She also worked as an advisor to the Deputy Minister at MME and was part of the regulatory strategy teams at CPFL Energia and Energisa, two major Brazilian energy utilities. Patricia was a researcher at the Center for Studies in Regulation and Infrastructure (CERI) and at the Brazilian Institute of Economics (IBRE) at the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV), and volunteered at the NGO Revolusolar. She holds a BA in Economics and a Master's degree in Finance from PUC-Rio.

Rodrigo Vicentini is an electrical engineer and Project Management specialist from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (Poli-USP) and holds an International MBA from FIA Business School. He is the Founder of Time&Place Consulting in Brazil, where he focuses on business development, innovation, industrial policy, and cooperation between companies and institutions in Europe and Latin America.He serves as Managing Director Brazil at CharIN e.V., the global association promoting interoperable standards and solutions for electric vehicle charging. In Brazil, he works closely with industry, associations, standards organizations, and public authorities on charging infrastructure, interoperability, CCS, MCS, ISO 15118, and the regulatory framework for electric mobility.At ABVE - the Brazilian Electric Vehicle Association, he is Director of the Components Group and a Board Member, contributing to initiatives related to industrial development, charging infrastructure, regulation, and standardization of electric mobility in Brazil.Prior to his current roles, Rodrigo built a nearly 20-year career in the high-technology industry, including leadership positions at Keysight Technologies, where he contributed to hardware development projects and managed engineering and project teams across Brazil, Mexico, and Latin America.

CEO and Founder of CELA, with 22 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, including bioenergy, wind energy, solar PV and green hydrogen. Camila currently also serves as Investment and Green Hydrogen Vice-President of the Board of Directors of ABSOLAR (the Brazilian Solar PV Association), Non-Executive Director of the Board of Administration of Brazilian Rare Earths, member of the Advisory Board of the Federation of Industry of São Paulo (COINFRA - FIESP) and is a Finance Expert at the Clean Energy Finance Solutions Center (NREL - USA). Prior to founding CELA, she was Country Manager and Head of Latin America at Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF), where she advised clients with research and analysis of renewable energy sectors and markets, and trends in the region. She has also worked in the past at PricewaterhouseCoopers, ERB - Energias Renováveis do Brasil and Infinity Bio-Energy. Camila holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
