Eletrotec+EM Power: Conference launches call for abstracts

The three day event takes place in August 2023, and is co-located with Intersolar South America

The organization team of Eletrotec+EM Power, congress of low and medium voltage electrical installations and energy infrastructure, has launched the call for abstracts for 2023 edition of the event, which will take place from August 29 to 31. Supported by the magazines EM - Eletricidade Moderna and FotoVolt, the congress is part of the innovation hub The Smarter E South America, and will be held in parallel to Intersolar South America, South America's largest exhibition and conference for the solar industry, and ees South America, South America’s hot spot for batteries & energy storage systems.

Abstracts can be sent until February 15th to info@arandaeditora.com.br.
Submissions will be accepted in Portuguese only.

Thematic areas are: products and techniques for LV and MV installations; MV substations and primary cabins; photovoltaic energy installations; energy storage; electric vehicle charging systems; protection against atmospheric discharges and surges; grounding and electromagnetic compatibility; quality, conditioning and availability of energy; harmonics; reactive compensation; distributed generation, cogeneration, generator sets and parallelism; technical lighting and lighting installations; tariffs and cost of energy; energy management and conservation; electric motors, controls and drives; electrical installations in explosive atmospheres; high performance and security installations (data centers; contact/call centers; hospitals); PCHs; automation and supervision of electrical systems; certification of installations and products; maintenance and predictive technologies; projects and assemblies; and ease management.

Coordination instructions for interested parties:

  • Send a summary of a maximum of 500 words, indicating the sector/theme in which it fits [according to the list above].
  • Clearly highlight the objectives of the work, the proposed problem, and the conclusions and solutions presented. The summary may contain illustrations, but should not exceed two pages.
  • This summary should highlight the importance of the work in providing knowledge or valuable information to the participants of the congress and, also, its contribution to the development of technology and the market It is believed that congress participants will be interested in solving practical electrical engineering problems, in lessons learned from real cases, in elements for decision-making and doing business, in addition to learning about technological trends and marketing strategies.

until 05/03/2023 - Submission of the final version of abstracts

until 05/06/2023 - Evaluation complete papers and adjustments with authors

until 10/06/2023 - Dissemination of the programming and publication of the abstracts
