Mechatronics Engineer and Occupational Safety Engineer, currently studying for an MBA in Project Management at USP Esalq. With 18 years' experience in the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) industry, he began his career as a trainee at Nacional Gás and is currently working as a Technical Supervisor. His career is marked by notable achievements, including contributing to four winning cases for the LPG Award in 2023.

He has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP-FEIS) and a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP). He has been an engineer at CPQD in the Energy Systems area since 2008, working as a researcher and technical coordinator on R&D projects with technologies related to energy storage, electric mobility, photovoltaic systems (on and off-grid), power quality and the Smart Grid.

Electrical Engineer, specialist in Photovoltaic Solar Energy Projects in MMGD and self-production. He has developed more than 500MW of projects for Parecer de Acesso in 24 concessionaires across the country. He actively participated in the ABNT commission that developed NBR 16690. He has been a speaker at the main events in the solar energy sector and a course instructor in the area of solar energy electrical installations, having trained more than 600 technical and engineering professionals. He is an active member of the commission reviewing the ABNT NBR 5419 standard, a member of Abrasip/MG - Brazilian Association of Building Systems Engineering and technical director of ABRARAIO - Brazilian Association of Lightning Rod, Earthing and Protection Systems Companies.

Dr. Márcio Bottaro has been a Laboratory Specialist at the Institute of Energy and Environment at the University of São Paulo (IEE-USP) for 29 years, participating in various processes of creation and accreditation of exclusive laboratories in Brazil and worldwide since 1995. He has a PhD in Nuclear Technology from the University of São Paulo and, between 2012 and 2016, he technically coordinated the development, execution and accreditation of the first laboratory in the Southern Hemisphere for characterizing and testing materials and PPE for electric arcs (LEVe-IEE-USP). He is currently the Supervisor of the Technical Service for the Safety and Performance of Electrical Equipment and Materials at IEE-USP and an Associate Researcher at LEVe-IEE-USP. He is the coordinator of CE-032:006.004 - Study Committee on Protective Clothing - Thermal Risks - Heat and Flames, of the Brazilian Committee on Personal Protective Equipment ABNT/CB32, and a Brazilian Specialist in IEC/PC 128 - Electrical Installation Operations, and IEC/TC78 - Live Work, in the working groups on Protection against Electric Arc.

Born in Mondaí - Santa Catarina on May 13, 1987, I graduated as an Electrical Engineer from Universidade Paulista in 2013, in Ribeirão Preto - SP. I have been part of Embrastec since 2009, in 2015 I took over as Technical Engineer in Charge and currently hold the position of Engineering Manager.

Electrical Engineer (FEITEP/PR). Technical consultant at Empower Engenharia. He has been working for 7 years on projects, technical support services for construction work, quality control of projects for photovoltaic plants, with an emphasis on dimensioning SPDA and earthing systems.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Ceará (2002) and a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Ceará (2005). Since 2021, he has been studying for a PhD at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya BarcelonaTech, where he is developing research in the area of inverter parallelism and synchronization systems for distributed generation systems connected or not to the electricity grid. He is currently an adjunct professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Federal University of Ceará, where he teaches Building and Industrial Electrical Installations. He also works as a technical consultant in the areas of Electrical Installations, Energy Quality, Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energies, Power Electronics, Protection of Electrical Power Systems and Electrical Systems.

Marcos Rogério Chaves da Silva is an Electrical Engineer (UMC), with an MBA in Business Management and a Specialization in Project Management, both from FGV-SP. For four decades he has been working on LV and MV power protection systems, and has experience in developing distributed power generation projects for terrestrial and embedded applications, LV and MV protection and selectivity studies and protection against the effects of incident energy emitted by arc faults. He is currently Director of TECPRO Soluções em Energia. He actively participates in various committees of CB-03 at COBEI - Comite Brasileiro de Eletricidade. He is secretary of the NBR 14039 standard revision committee, secretary of the NBR 16384 revision committee and rapporteur of the WG responsible for the future Incident Energy Management standard. At CB-24 ABNT, he is the Coordinator of the Committee responsible for developing the future technical standard 'Fire safety in photovoltaic installations'. He is Brazil's representative on IEC committees PC128 and TC99.

He has a degree in Electrical Engineering from UFU and a master's degree in Electronic Engineering from ITA. He founded Mi Omega in October 1993 and has been at the forefront of the company's technical solutions ever since. He has been a member of the ABNT commission responsible for revising standard NBR 5410 - Low-voltage electrical installations since 1993, coordinator of the ABNT commission responsible for revising standard NBR 14039 - Medium-voltage electrical installations since 2003, member of the NBR 16384 - Safety in Electricity commission in 2020, member of the NBR 16690 - Electrical Installations of Photovoltaic Arrangements commission since its inception and member of NBR 15751 - Substation Grounding Systems - Requirements. His interests include intelligent systems, transformers, fraud detection in electrical systems, energy storage and power quality.

José Maurício S. Pinheiro is a university lecturer at the University Center of Barra Mansa - UBM and at the Faculty of Technological Education of the State of Rio de Janeiro - FAETERJ. He is also an instructor at the Serviço Social do Transporte and Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem do Transporte - SEST SENAT, working in the area of Information Technology. He has expertise in technology management, specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Telecommunications, Automation and Computer Networks. He is the author of books and articles on topics related to academic research, networks, information technology and IT forensics. His participation in seminars and congresses, both as a speaker and as a guest, highlights his commitment and ongoing involvement with the advancement of these areas of knowledge.

An electrical engineer with a master's and doctorate from USP's Polytechnic School, he is a consultant at EngSim Serviços. He has extensive experience in solutions using grounding techniques, backup and reliability systems for critical electrical loads and computer models for high-voltage electrical cables. He was responsible for setting up the Electromagnetic Compatibility Laboratory at IPT. He has experience with electromagnetic simulation software and has produced software for calculating grounding loops and electromagnetic fields in electricity transmission lines and substations.

Aline Machado is an architect and urban planner with over five years' experience in sustainable construction. She began her career in the energy generation sector as a construction manager for photovoltaic systems. In 2022, she founded her own architecture company, dedicated to sustainable projects and construction, as well as developing innovative digital tools for the sector. Aline also collaborates with Arquitetando Energia Solar, creating projects that integrate energy generation with architecture.

Celso L P Mendes - Consultant, he was general manager of Klöckner-Moeller for South America and general manager of Siemens in the area of Industrial Electrical Energy Systems. For more than 30 years, he has worked in Brazil and Germany on equipment and installations for the basic and manufacturing industries. A member of the NBR 5410 EC since 1990, he has published several works on the standard. He is a Life Senior Member of the IEEE, a senior member of the VDE, and a member of the IAFSS - International Association for Fire Safety Science, London. He is a consultant on Modern Electricity and PhotoVolt, and senior advisor to the Intersolar South America congress.

Jobson Modena is an electrical engineer, director of GUISMO Engenharia, a member of the Brazilian Electricity Committee (Cobei), CB-3 of ABNT, where he currently participates as coordinator of the commission reviewing the standard for protection against atmospheric discharges (ABNT NBR 5419) and Brazil's representative on IEC TC 81. He is director of Guismo Engenharia.

Isabelle Marciano Rodrigues Rabelo has a technical degree in Mechatronics and a degree in Mechatronics Engineering. She began her career in engineering projects in 2011 and since 2021, she has been the manager of the Mi Omega Institute.

Caroline Daiane Raduns is an Electrical Engineer, an Occupational Safety Engineer, a specialist in Appraisals and Expertise, a specialist in Fire Safety, a Master in Engineering and a PhD in Science Education. She is currently a partner and engineer at Van Guard Engenharia and a full professor at UNIJUI, working in teaching and university extension. She has experience in the following areas: electrical installations, electrical safety, energy efficiency, fire safety and environmental education.

Jairo Sobrinho, Founder of Conformetec, has been working in the electrical sector for 24 years. His career began as an electrician's helper, moving on to building and industrial electrical installations, electrical panel assembly, projects, consultancy and now leading a team of engineers and technicians dedicated to electrical safety. Jairo has specialized and dedicated himself to consulting for compliance with Regulatory Standard NR10, serving large companies in our country. He is currently a member of the committees ABNT/CE-003:064-010 Protection against atmospheric discharges and ABNT/CE-03:064.12 Safety in electricity.

He holds a master's and doctorate in Electrical Engineering from EPUSP. He was director of the Power Division at the University of São Paulo's Institute of Energy and Environment from 2001 to 2011 and currently holds the position of substitute head of the Scientific Division of Energy Planning, Analysis and Development at the same Institute. He is currently secretary of EC 64.10 - Protection against atmospheric discharges, rapporteur of WG 11 (Protection of photovoltaic systems against atmospheric discharges) and Brazil's representative on IEC TC 81.

Born in Lençóis Paulista - São Paulo, on December 23, 1996, I graduated as an Electrical Engineer from Faculdade Anhanguera in 2024, in Ribeirão Preto - SP. I've been part of Embrastec since 2018, and currently hold the position of Product Engineering Analyst.

Graduated in Electrical Engineering from INTESP. MBA in Project Management from the Getulio Vargas Foundation. He is currently studying for a master's degree in energy storage systems with lithium batteries at UNESP. With over 12 years' experience in electricity transmission and distribution, he is currently part of the technical group developing the first transmission-level energy storage system in Latin America, with a capacity of 30MW and 60MWh of energy. He is responsible for defining the evaluation criteria and building the maintenance plan for ISACTEEP's BESS system.

He has worked at Eletrobrás since 2004 in the area of operation and maintenance of power stations and substations and in occupational safety. He is a partner in Estudio de software, a company that develops software for occupational safety and electrical engineering processes.

He holds a degree in Physics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (1985), a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1988), a doctorate in Telecommunications Engineering in the specialty of Photovoltaic Systems - Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (1993) and a Livre Docência in the specialty of Renewable Energies - University of São Paulo (2006). He is currently a full professor at the Energy and Environment Institute of the University of São Paulo, and a member of the Editorial Board of the journal Progress in Photovoltaics: Research and Applications. He works in the field of electrical engineering, with an emphasis on photovoltaic systems, mainly on the following subjects: photovoltaic systems, rural electrification, home photovoltaic systems, photovoltaic pumping systems, distributed generation and grid-connected photovoltaic systems.

Clarissa Zomer is an architect and PhD in civil engineering with over 20 years' experience in solar architecture projects. She carried out her master's, doctoral and post-doctoral research at the UFSC Photovoltaic Laboratory and the Solar Energy Reseach Institute of Singapore. In 2020, she founded Arquitetando Energia Solar, working on projects, consultancies, courses and lectures. She is also Director of BIPV at ABGD (Brazilian Association of Distributed Generation, Director of Architectural Projects at Garantia Solar BIPV and a columnist for PV Magazine Brasil.
