Marília has 13 years of professional experience, having participated in several M&A processes and auctions of renewable energy assets in Brazil and Latin America, in addition to the development, evaluation and financing of several Greenfield & Brownfield projects, mainly in the bioenergy and photovoltaic solar energy sectors. Marília worked for 2 years at SunEdison S.A. as head of M&A, Project Finance, Economic Feasibility of solar and wind projects for Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Mexico, Colombia, El Salvador and the Dominican Republic and for 4 years at ERB - 'Energias Renováveis do Brasil', as an analyst in the Project Finance and Business Development area. She coordinated 'ABSOLAR Financing Working Group' and it's currently coordinator of the 'ABSOLAR Green Hydrogen Working Group'. Marília holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP and an MBA in Electrical Sector Business from FGV.

Aline holds a bachelor's degree in Physics from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) (2002), a master's degree in Materials Engineering from PUCRS (2004), and a doctorate in Photovoltaic Solar Energy from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (2009). He has experience in Solar Photovoltaic Energy, Renewable Energies, Physics and Materials Engineering and Technology. She coordinated/designed the Specialization Course in Renewable Energy from 2012 to 2018 at PUCRS. Currently, she is an Adjunct Professor in the Energy Management Engineering Course and the National Professional Master in Physics Teaching at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS)/Campus Litoral Norte. Member/guest of the Working Group "Gender Equity" promoted by CAPES (2018). Co-founder of the Brazilian Network of Women in Solar Energy (Rede MESol). Mother of two children, Sofia and Benício, 2012 and 2014.

He is recognized as a leading figure in the field by publications such as Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, and Leaders League. He is a former judge on the Tax Court of the State of São Paulo (Tribunal de Impostos e Taxas do Estado de São Paulo) and is currently co-coordinator of the Tax study group at the Brazilian Institute of Energy Law Studies (Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos do Direito da Energia). He is listed in some of the main arbitration chambers in Brazil and abroad and frequently works as an arbitrator in disputes related to energy and construction.
