Brazilian attorney with a double qualification in law and electrical engineering (UFRGS), he is currently Director of Regulation and Legislative Affairs at Casa dos Ventos S.A. He holds a Master's degree in Corporate Law (PUC-SP) and a specialisation in International Law (UFRGS). He also studied at the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) at the University of Dundee (Scotland, United Kingdom). With over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, he has worked at the Chief of Staff Office of the Presidency of Brazil (SAJ), the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME - CONJUR), and at the Energy Research Company (EPE - CONJUR). He participated in the development of important national regulatory frameworks for the energy sector, such as the Electricity Sector (2003-2004), Biodiesel (2005), Natural Gas (2009), and Pre-Salt (2010), among others. He was a partner and the head of the Oil & Gas Practice at one of the largest full-service law firms in Latin America, advising large national and international energy companies.

A professional with a strategic vision for evaluating and defining investments, optimizing operations and driving sustainable innovation with more than thirty years of experience in the electricity sector. She has been a CCEE Board Member since 2016, having been reappointed in 2020 as Vice-Chair of the Board, as well as having worked at Eletrobrás, PSR Consultoria, EPE - Empresa Pesquisa Energética, AES Tietê and Renova Energia, working on the sector's business strategy such as regulation, planning and energy trading. She was Director of Human Resources and Financial Management. She is a board member with a degree from the IBGC, an electrical engineer with a master's degree in electrical engineering, both from PUC-Rio, with a specialization in Law in the area of Electric Energy Regulation from the Cândido Mendes University and in Strategy and Execution from the Dom Cabral Foundation. She is currently Technical and Regulatory Director at ABSOLAR.
