Vincent Burgmeier holds an engineering degree from the École des Mines in Nancy, France, and pursued further specialization in renewable energy and sustainability at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich), Switzerland. With over 13 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, Vincent began his career at SgurrEnergy in France, where he evaluated more than 1.5 GWp of solar energy projects. His responsibilities included technical due diligence, construction and commissioning oversight, operational monitoring, energy yield assessments, contract and permit reviews, design and technology evaluations, and site inspections. In 2015, Vincent established the company's office in Chile, the first in Latin America. In this capacity, he expanded his role to include business development activities across Latin America. SgurrEnergy was eventually acquired by large engineering firm Wood. In 2018, Vincent joined Enertis as a Senior Consultant, continuing to carry out similar technical assignments while also leading the development of the local team. He was appointed Consultancy Manager for Chile in 2020, and for the broader Latin American region in 2024. Enertis was acquired by the Applus group in 2021. Vincent is currently based in Brasília and is fluent in French (native), English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Served for 13 years at the National System Operator (ONS), directly involved in operational planning and scheduling, and led the National Wind Power Task Force, contributing to the secure and efficient integration of renewable energy into the Brazilian grid. Holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB), as well as a Master's degree (M. Sc.) and a Doctorate (D. Sc.) in Electrical Engineering from the same institution. Complemented his academic background with an MBA from IAG/PUC-Rio, a Business Analytics specialization from IPOG, the Israel 360 international innovation program, and is a Certified Advisory Board Member by the Board Academy (2024). Since 2003, he has led Carpe Vie Engenharia Ltda, a company recognized for its excellence in power system operation studies and the integration of wind and solar power plants into both the transmission grid and distribution networks. In 2018, he founded Nexiall Consultoria, focused on providing technical, regulatory, and strategic intelligence to address the challenges of the energy transition. Author of over 100 technical publications in power systems, he has served as a technical reviewer for IEEE Transactions on Power Delivery and Power Systems, and has acted as an ad hoc consultant for CNPq and ANEEL. He is a member of CIGRÉ and a founding member of the Brazilian Society for Power Quality (SBQEE), where he served on the Executive Board from 2009 to 2011. Currently works on delivering high-reliability technical solutions, regulatory compliance, and strategic insight to support Brazil's energy transition.

Dr. Roberto Valer is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Huawei Digital Power Brazil, responsible for technical leadership in Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) applications. Before joining Huawei, he was a researcher at renowned solar energy institutes, including the Institute of Energy and Environment of the University of São Paulo (IEE/USP - Brazil), the Centre for Renewable Energy at Engineering University of Peru. He holds a Ph.D. in Energy. Roberto has also contributed to the development of national technical standards and served as the rapporteur of ABNT NBR 16274, which establishes guidelines for photovoltaic commissioning in Brazil.
