Eduardo Azevedo is the Director of New Business at Solatio, where he leads the company's initiatives in green hydrogen, energy storage, and data centers across Brazil and Chile. A seasoned professional in the clean energy sector, Eduardo is also the founder of Singular Energia, a consultancy specializing in clean energy technologies and the energy transition. Additionally, he is the President of Energy at LIDE Pernambuco, a multilateral organization that connects global leaders and enterprises to drive innovation, free-market growth, and sustainable economic development. Before joining Solatio, Eduardo held key leadership roles in the public sector, including: National Secretary of Energy Planning and Development at Brazil's Ministry of Mines and Energy, Executive Secretary of Energy for the State of Pernambuco and Vice President of Renewable Energy at the National Forum of Brazilian Secretaries of Mines and Energy. As Executive Secretary, he conceived and led Brazil's first solar energy auction in the state of Pernambuco in 2013, paving the way for the country's inaugural national auction to secure solar PPAs in the regulated energy market the following year. As Energy Planning Secretary, he spearheaded the team that redesigned national power planning and purchase agreement frameworks, enabling energy efficiency initiatives, decarbonization projects and the replacement of fossil fuel power plants with renewable energy and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) in the Amazon and other isolated systems. Eduardo holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Pernambuco, Brazil, as well as an MBA in Energy Commercialization from the University of Pernambuco, Brazil.

Executive with more than 18 years of experience dedicated to the fertilizer industry. He has worked in multinationals in the sector, in several management level positions in Brazil and abroad. Rodrigo managed several operations and led the implementation of excellence programs in fertilizer plants in many countries such as the Netherlands, Finland, Germany, Colombia and Brazil, involving ammonia and nitrate production processes, as well as blending and distribution units. Rodrigo currently serves as Director of Operations & Business Development at Atlas Agro, a Swiss-based company that aims to lead the transition to low-carbon nitrogen fertilizers, produced from green hydrogen, globally. The first plant will be installed in Pacific Northwest region, in United States, and also has a project to implement the first green fertilizer plant in Brazil, located in Uberaba, Minas Gerais. Rodrigo is also a board member of Green Hydrogen Industry Association (ABIHV), one of the main institutions responsible for promoting the green hydrogen in the country. Rodrigo has a degree in Business Administration, in addition to 2 postgraduate courses, in Business Logistics and Production Engineering. Rodrigo also holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School, in United Kingdom.

With over fifteen years' experience in Brazil, it provides Mark with an understanding of the local culture, regulations, and business practices and gives him a unique advantage in navigating the complexities of the Brazilian market and building successful partnerships between international and local stakeholders.

Fernanda Delgado is the CEO of ABIHV (Brazilian Association of the Green Hydrogen Industry) and a postgraduate professor at FGV and UFRJ, as well as a lecturer at the Brazilian Army Command and General Staff School. She holds a Ph.D. in Energy Planning and two Master's degrees - one in Information Technology and the other in International Finance. She is the author of four books and has numerous publications on the energy sector and Petropolitics. Fernanda serves on the Education Council of ACRJ, is the founder of the "Yes, They Exist" program and the women's mentoring initiative EMPODEREC. She writes about energy for Estadão's Broadcast and epbr. Committed to gender equity, she actively works for equality and the empowerment of women.

Specialized in the development, planning and management of multidisciplinary projects - from concept to implementation and operation - I lead initiatives based on sustainability, energy efficiency and technological innovation. Throughout my career, I have acquired expertise in managing complex projects using agile methodologies and in technical-economic-financial feasibility analysis, as well as coordinating pilot plants and leading competence centers, always seeking to optimize processes and integrate emerging technologies for the energy transition.
