He has coordinated several R&D and PEE ANEEL projects on energy storage and electric mobility, managing a portfolio of projects worth over R$ 200 million and winning national and international awards.

Bárbara Rubim currently heads Bright Strategies, a consulting firm advising renewable energy businesses on their legal and regulatory structure. In that capacity, she has helped develop more than 230 MW in energy projects in the last three years alone, and more than 2,200 people have completed her in-company training or her Masterclass on Regulation and Business Models in Distributed Generation. In her career in the energy sector, she has acted in public administration as a consultant to the Brazilian Congress, and has worked in the third sector as a coordinator of Greenpeace's Renewable Energy campaign in Brazil, and in the private sector. In addition, she also serves as the current Vice-President of the Managing Board of ABSOLAR (Brazilian Solar Photovoltaic Energy Association) and is the Director of Energy at FIESP's Infrastructure Department. Bárbara is a lawyer with an MBA in Finance and Business Strategies from the Federal University of Uberlândia. She specializes in the regulation of the electricity sector.

João Pedro Correia Neves holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA from FIA-USP, in addition to having completed specializations at institutions in Italy, the United States (Chicago and San Francisco), and China, where he was part of the FIA-USP Brazil-China study group. With over two decades of experience in the electric power sector, he has built a solid career in the areas of distribution, generation, commercialization, and energy management, as well as experience in the telecommunications sector. He took part in the first regulated energy auctions and closely followed the evolution of Brazil's free energy market from the post-blackout period to the current model. Throughout his career, he has led major projects such as the consolidation of the Net-Claro-Embratel operation, the structuring of telecommunications infrastructure for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, and the creation of the 'Claro Energy' project, which integrated energy solutions within one of the largest telecom operators in the country. He has held key positions at prominent companies such as Duke Energy, AES (Eletropaulo, Tietê, Uruguaiana, Brasiliana, and AES Sul), and Claro, always with a focus on innovation, operational efficiency, and business expansion. He was a partner and board member at RZK Energia-now Thopen Energy-where he currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), leading growth strategies in distributed generation, the free energy market, and customized solutions for companies of various sizes and sectors. He is also a founding partner of Sol by RZK - Internet of People, and Thopen, and serves as a board member of ABGD (Brazilian Association for Distributed Generation) and INEL (National Institute for Clean Energy). João Pedro Correia Neves is recognized for his contributions to the modernization of the Brazilian energy sector, promoting the integration of technology, intelligent management, and sustainability to expand access to clean and high-quality energy.

Patrick Doyle is senior investment officer the IFC's Financial Institutions Group with over 20 years' experience in clean energy and climate finance. Prior to joining the IFC he developed and structured loans for distributed generation and energy efficiency projects in Brazil and other Latin American countries, and managed blended finance funds with both MGM Innova Capital and the Interamerican Development Bank (IDB). His core areas of expertise include solar DG, energy efficiency, and storage, which he has financed with equity, guarantees, and mezzanine and senior debt structures. He also has expertise on the carbon markets, having developed projects under both CDM and voluntary regimes. He holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, an M.A. from John Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Washington State.
