He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Ceará, a specialization in Industrial Automation from the University of Fortaleza, an MBA in Project Management from the University of São Paulo, and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Electrical Engineering. He has over two decades of experience in engineering, maintenance, and asset management, having worked on electrical projects, industrial automation, and large-scale infrastructure projects in the port, sanitation, and public works sectors. He is currently the Maintenance Manager at the Port of Pecém, leading initiatives related to operational reliability, electrification, technological innovation, and the sustainability of port operations.
