Mário César Giacco Ramos, an electrical engineer from the University of Mogi das Cruzes, worked for almost three decades in electrical maintenance. He specialized in Germany and became an Occupational Safety Engineer. With a master's and doctorate from the Polytechnic School of USP in Power Systems, he dedicated 45 years as a professor and coordinator at the University of Mogi das Cruzes. Between 2007 and 2010, he directed UMCTEC. He has been a partner at Ramos Engenharia since 1998, focusing on consulting and training.
